Two ways an order becomes real.

  • Table QR

    Held until a waiter confirms the guest

    An order placed from a table or counter QR waits in the verification queue. A waiter confirms the guest is actually there, and only then does the ticket reach the pass. An order nobody claims never gets cooked.

    Keyed in by staff, verified on entry

    An order staff key in at the counter is verified as it is saved and goes straight to the kitchen, because the person entering it is already the check.

Receipts that cannot be quietly edited
Each shop’s receipts are numbered in a locked sequence and linked in a SHA-256 hash chain, so an edited receipt, or one removed from the middle of the chain, can be detected.
An audit trail for the money
Verifications, rejections, payments, refunds, voids, discounts, and cash drawer openings and closings are recorded in an append-only log your admins can review.
