Who we are

Wueprey is a product of Chromosol, I-8, Islamabad, Pakistan. By creating an account or using Wueprey you agree to these terms. Reach us at info@chromosol.com or WhatsApp +92 331 2618 111.

Your account

  • You must run the business you sign up for, or be allowed to act for it.
  • Keep sign-in details and staff PINs safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your staff's accounts.
  • You are responsible for what your page shows: menu, prices, offers, photos and links. They must be accurate, legal and yours to use.
  • Taxes on your sales are yours to handle, including FBR invoicing where it applies to you.
  • Do not use Wueprey to send spam, mislead guests, break the law or get around its limits.

Free and paid parts

  • Your shop page is free. Free parts come with monthly limits shown in the app.
  • Add-ons are priced per shop, as shown on our site and in the app. Most start with a free trial.
  • Paid plans are invoiced in the app and paid by bank transfer. A plan starts once we confirm your payment.
  • If a payment is not made, the add-on goes back to its free limit after a short grace period. Your data is kept.
  • We may change prices; we tell you before a change applies to you.

Refunds and cancellation

  • Stop an add-on at any time by messaging us. It stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
  • Payments are not refunded, except a charge we made by mistake.

The service

We work to keep Wueprey running and your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be down or error-free. We may improve, change or retire features, and we tell owners before removing anything they pay for. How we handle personal data is in our privacy policy.

Liability

Wueprey is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.

Ending the service

  • You can close your account at any time by messaging us.
  • We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after a warning unless the harm is serious.
  • When an account closes we delete its data on request, except records the law requires us to keep.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
