Privacy policy

Who we are

Wueprey is a product of Chromosol, I-8, Islamabad, Pakistan. It gives cafés and restaurants one QR code for their menu, Wi-Fi, reviews, loyalty card, waitlist and orders. Questions about this policy go to info@chromosol.com or WhatsApp +92 331 2618 111.

For shop owners, their staff and visitors to wueprey.com, we decide how your data is used. When you are a guest of a café, the café decides; we hold the data for them.

What we collect

  • Shop owners and staff: name, email, phone, username, password and staff PIN (both stored scrambled, never readable), the business details you add (including tax numbers), and a log of changes made in the app.
  • Sign-up and contact forms: name, email, phone, shop and city, your message, and the internet (IP) address the form was sent from. The sign-up form uses Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam.
  • Guests of a café: the name, phone or email you give for an order, the waitlist or a stamp card; your order, notes and feedback; whether you agreed to offers, with the time, IP address and browser of that choice. For orders placed by QR we also keep a device identifier and IP address, to stop fake orders.
  • Visits to wueprey.com: pages seen, how far a page was read, buttons tapped, where the visit came from (including ad campaign tags), country and city, device type and screen width. A random id saved in your browser recognises a return visit. We do not store your IP address for this; it is turned into a code that changes every day.

Measuring our ads

To learn which ads bring café owners to us, Wueprey's own pages (the home page, features, FAQ, contact and these legal pages) use the Meta Pixel, the Google Ads tag and Microsoft Clarity. Clarity shows us anonymous heatmaps and recordings of how the site is used, with the sign-up and contact forms hidden. These tools save small files (cookies) in your browser and follow their own privacy policies.

They never run on a café's own page. Visitors outside Pakistan are asked first, and the tools load only after they say yes. You can also block them in your browser, and manage ads in your Meta and Google settings.

Why we use it

  • To run Wueprey: sign you in, take orders, keep stamp cards and the waitlist.
  • To tell guests their order or table is ready, and staff when something needs them.
  • To stop fake orders and spam.
  • To send a shop's receipts to Pakistan's tax authority (FBR) when the shop turns that on.
  • To email owners who signed up about Wueprey. Every email has a link to stop them.
  • To improve the site and measure our ads.

Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with:

  • The café you ordered from, joined the waitlist of, or hold a stamp card with.
  • Companies that run parts of the service for us: our servers and database, Cloudflare (which serves wueprey.com), Cloudinary (photos shops upload), our email provider, browser push services (staff notifications) and error reporting, which is set up to leave personal data out.
  • The FBR, for shops that send tax invoices: the receipt and, if given, the guest's name.
  • Meta, Google and Microsoft, as described above.
  • Anyone the law requires us to.

In your browser

wueprey.com sets no cookies of its own. It saves a few things in your browser: the visit id, your light or dark choice, your last phone number (to fill forms for you) and your waitlist place or stamp card. The Wueprey app keeps you signed in the same way. Clearing your browser data removes them.

How long we keep it

  • Visit records on wueprey.com: 180 days.
  • Accounts, shops and guest data: while the shop uses Wueprey, or until you ask us to delete it.
  • Tax records: as long as the law requires.
  • Backups: up to eight weeks, then they are overwritten.

Your choices

Ask us to show you, correct or delete your data: email info@chromosol.com or WhatsApp +92 331 2618 111. Guests can also ask the café. Offers by WhatsApp or email carry a one-tap link to stop them.

Children

Wueprey is made for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Changes

When this policy changes we update the date at the top. Big changes are announced to shop owners by email.
